Ty Hillman is a success coach who helps people identify why they do what they do and prepares people to win consistently in life and with happiness. As a competitor himself, the husband of a WNFR qualifying barrel racer Stevi Hillman, and a business consultant and entrepreneur, Ty understands what it takes to be successful in peak performance, mental toughness, marriage, and business.
Growing up in northeast Colorado, Ty moved to Texas to attend college on a full ride rodeo scholarship. While attending college he competed in team roping professionally and competed in large rodeos in Denver, CO, San Antonio, TX and Houston, TX. He also qualified for the National Intercollegiate Finals Rodeo in Casper, WY. After graduating from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas with a business degree, Ty married Stevi and started his professional career outside of the arena.
Since 2014, Ty has felt a strong urge to pursue his dream of peak performance coaching. As Ty and Stevi are competitors themselves, he understood how important mental training was to success and had studied mental toughness and training for many years. The more he learned about how connected performance is to many other areas of life, he began to study Human Needs Psychology and Strategic Intervention. This training and research has allowed Ty to work with clients to achieve many goals including restoring relationships, getting out of an emotional rut, identifying a client’s purpose, becoming mentally tough, and establishing a mental workout routine.
Getting results for his clients is the fire that drives Ty. His passion is to inspire, motivate, and help his clients change from the inside out to accomplish their goals.
